 Pollutin Question

Does 'Noise Pollution' from a single small airport sooner or later spread across the entire map and fuck everything like HI/Manufacturing does?

I don't care to delete a 1M+ city because of it again..

I heard a GM say that Noise Pollution is going to effect more things soon, such as Offices! I exclaimed that Office Space has TONS of noise from the windpower, and he took a look and was like woah, ok my city is going to be used as a test example for extreme cases, lol. But yeah, I think we are all going to have to do much retooling all the time as they balance the game. Although I say balance, it is more like how the game was suppose to work I guess and they are just now getting those features into the game.
